TICKETETING TERMS & CONDITIONS // XBOX 360 OVERDRIVE PARTY 2009

Tickets may not be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Lampoon Group Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”). If this ticket has been resold or used in contravention of the condition, the bearer of the ticket will be denied admission

You agree to comply with all notices at the venue and all directions from the Promoter. You will be removed from the venue if you do not comply with any direction from the Promoter or its representatives.

Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled after it has started (for example, because of bad weather), you cannot exchange your ticket and you cannot obtain a refund. If the description of, or participants in, the event change, you cannot exchange your ticket and you cannot obtain a refund.

Tickets will not be sold or made available on the door. If you need to purchase tickets or pick tickets up from the venue, they will be made available from the venue between 10.00am – 12.00pm on the day of the event.

The ticket holder expressly assumes all risk incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual conduct of the event, and hereby release the Promoter, the venue, sponsors and all directors, officers, members, shareholders, owners, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing from any and all claims arising from the event. The ticket holder grants the Promoter and their designees the right to use the holder's image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation his/her rights of publicity. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate the event are reserved by the Promoter. The ticket holder agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe on the rights of the Promoter or their designees. The holder of this ticket is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason from the Promoter, including without limitation cancellation, shortening or other alteration of the event. Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of all ticket terms.

You understand the layout of the venue may be unfamiliar to you, so you must take care at all times. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety and security of any property that you bring to the venue. You agree to compensate the Promoter for any damage, loss, liability or injury the Promoter may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event.

The Promoter may refuse you entry into, or remove you from, the venue if you do not obey these terms and conditions, you interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other persons at the event, you have a lost, stolen, counterfeit, damaged or unreadable ticket or you have acquired your ticket from an unauthorised source, or the Promoter reasonably suspect you of any of the above.
Images and sound recordings of the event taken by you with camera, video or audio equipment cannot be used for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes, that is, you cannot sell, license, broadcast, publish or otherwise commercially exploit them. In particular you may not make available any moving footage, sound recordings or series of still pictures taken at the event on the internet.

A complimentary drink and canapés will only be made available to you between the hours of 7.30pm – 8.30pm. If you arrive after this period, you will forfeit this opportunity.

These ticket conditions may be supplemented by additional conditions displayed at the venue.

As part of the ticketing system, you will receive a mandatory wristband on entry to the venue. Entry to the venue will only be granted if you are displaying both your valid event ticket and your valid event wristband. Entry into the event with only one or the other will not be permitted. There is a different colour wristband for General Admission and VIP guests and they are clearly marked. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of wristbands or tickets. The right is reserved not to replace wristband/s or tickets if wristband/s or ticket is lost, stolen, counterfeit, damaged or unreadable or the Promoter reasonably suspects any of the above.

This is an 18+only event. Photo ID will be required.
